تشرح هذه الصفحة ما الذي تجمعه منصة «مساعد» — لوحات التجّار وشركات التوصيل، تطبيق السائق، وصفحة تتبّع الشحنة — ولماذا، ومع من يُشارَك، وكم نحتفظ به. نجمع أقل ما يلزم لتشغيل التوصيل، ولا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نعرض إعلانات. This page explains what the Msa3d platform — the merchant and courier dashboards, the driver app, and the shipment tracking page — collects, why, who it is shared with, and how long we keep it. We collect the minimum needed to run deliveries, we do not sell your data, and we show no advertising.
ما الذي نجمعه What we collect
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف، ودور الحساب لدى المنشأة التي تعمل معها. Account data: name, email, phone number, and your role at the business you work with.
- بيانات التوصيل: الطلبات وعناوين الاستلام والتسليم وسجل حالات كل طلب، والمستحقات المرتبطة به. Delivery data: orders, pickup and drop-off addresses, each order's status history, and the pay records tied to it.
- موقع السائق: انظر القسم التالي — يُجمع أثناء الدوام فقط. Driver location: see the next section — collected only while on shift.
- بيانات تقنية: سجلّات الدخول وعناوين التعريف اللازمة لأمن الحسابات، ومعرّف الإشعارات إن فعّلتها. Technical data: sign-in records and identifiers needed for account security, and a push-notification token if you enable notifications.

يجمع تطبيق السائق بيانات الموقع ليشاركها مع منشأتك أثناء دوامك — حتى عندما يكون التطبيق مغلقاً أو الهاتف في الجيب — لتوجيه الطلبات إلى أقرب سائق، وليتابع المرسِل والعميل التوصيل على الخريطة. تبدأ المشاركة عند بدء الدوام من داخل التطبيق وتتوقف بإنهائه، ويرفض النظام أي موقع يصل من سائق خارج الدوام. يظهر إشعار دائم على الهاتف طوال فترة المشاركة. يرى العميل موقع السائق أثناء توصيل طلبه فقط، ويتوقف ذلك عند التسليم. The driver app collects location data to share it with your company while you are on shift — even when the app is closed or the phone is in your pocket — so that orders are routed to the nearest driver and the sender and customer can follow the delivery on a map. Sharing starts when you start your shift in the app and stops when you end it; the platform refuses any position sent by a driver who is off shift. A persistent notification is shown on the phone the whole time sharing is active. A customer sees the driver's position only while their own order is out for delivery, and that stops at hand-over.
مع من تُشارَك البيانات Who data is shared with
- المنشأة التي تعمل معها (شركة التوصيل أو التاجر): ترى مواقع سائقيها أثناء الدوام وسجل توصيلاتهم ومستحقاتهم. The business you work with (the courier company or merchant): it sees its own drivers' on-shift locations, delivery history and pay records.
- أطراف الطلب الواحد: يرى التاجر وشركة التوصيل والعميل ما يخص طلبهم فقط. The parties to a single order: the merchant, the courier company and the customer each see only what concerns their own order.
- مزوّد الدفع (ماي فاتورة) عند تنفيذ عملية دفع — لا نطّلع على بيانات بطاقتك ولا نخزّنها. Our payment provider (MyFatoorah) when a payment is made — we never see or store your card details.
- لا نبيع البيانات لأي طرف، ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية. We sell data to no one, and share nothing for advertising.
كم نحتفظ بالبيانات How long we keep data
- مسار المواقع التفصيلي: يُحذف تلقائياً بعد 30 يوماً. The detailed location trail: deleted automatically after 30 days.
- سجلات الطلبات والمعاملات المالية: تُحفظ ما دام الحساب قائماً، لأنها سجل مالي وتشغيلي لأطراف متعددة. Order and financial records: kept for as long as the account exists — they are the operational and financial record of more than one party.
الأمان Security
تنتقل البيانات مشفّرة (HTTPS)، وتُعزل بيانات كل منشأة عن غيرها على مستوى قاعدة البيانات، وتُخزّن جلسة تطبيق السائق في المخزن الآمن لنظام التشغيل. Data travels encrypted (HTTPS), each business's data is isolated from every other's at the database level, and the driver app stores its session in the operating system's secure store.
